It gets tangled really easily. I hosed this thing down with hairspray after styling and the day of the shoot. Minor effect.

(Wig used for Jabami Yumeko from Kakegurui)
-
(Wig used for Chieri Sono from AKB0048)
-
(Wig used for Asuna from Sword Art Online)
The wig is fairly easy to comb and looks very natural. I wish it were a bit easier to detangle and may use a Silky in the future.
-
(Wig used for Alice Zuberg from Sword Art Online)
I have had this wig for so long, but it has held up very well! The color is vibrant but not ugly, it doesnt tangle terribly, and it looks natural. Nothing to complain about.
-
(Wig used for Rika from Mystic Messenger)
Pre-silky era...terrible.
-
(Wig used for Soraka from League of Legends)
-
(Wig used for Kaori Miyazono from Your Lie in April)
After seeing Socky's Cosplay high ponytail tutorial, I decided to go with a Luthien in order to save money and not have to buy a clip-on ponytail. (plus, what if I ever decided to cosplay another blonde character?)

-
(Wig used for Yume from Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash)
It looks very natural and brushes fairly easily. The style keeps it from tangling much, but that is more character-based and less wig-based. I wish they had a color that was a little bit more purple.
-

Pretty, but the light color makes it easy to see the cap underneath, and it tangles a bit too easily. Will be going with a silky and adding more wefts this time around.
-
(Wig used for Mari Kurihara from Prison School)
Tangled very easily. This is probably a lot better if you purchase the silky version, which was not available at the time.

(Wig used for Michiru Kaioh from Sailor Moon)
Silkys are much more difficult to curl and get the curls to stay.

(Wig used for Sailor Neptune from Sailor Moon)

(Wig used for Miki Hoshii from iDOLM@STER)
Very good quality for a long wig, held up well over multiple conventions. Can get a little messy on the underside against your back.
-
(Wig used for Toujou Nozomi from Love Live!)
Tangles like hell but is heat resistant so
-
(Wig used for Astrid from How to Train Your Dragon 2)
I loved this wig so much! It was just thick enough for a good viking braid while still maintaining the light cartoon look. The color was beautiful and it will be my go to from now on for all natural blonde wigs.
-
(Wig used for Namoriel from Disney Princesses)

(Wig used for Rin Tohsaka from Fate/Stay Night)

it's also heavy because of the clips rip -

I LOVE this wig so much! When I wear a Taiga costume again I plan on purchasing the same wig and combining them together to make it more voluminous and Taiga-like!

The wig became very tangled and requires replacement, but looked very nice with the costume and I adore the colour.

(Wig used for Kongou from Kantai Collection ~Kan Colle~)
-
(Wig used for Cure Sunny from Smile Precure!)
The Luthien was my Plan B. My original wig + extensions were stolen (yay!), so I had to make do with what was in stock and within my budget, I snipped off the curly bottom half of the Luthien and used those fibers for the bun.
-
(Wig used for Jade Harley from MS Paint Adventures / Homestuck)
While Arda does carry some awesome wigs, I am wary of purchasing another long haired wig from them again. This wig tangles like there is no tomorrow, and I am not sure if it's worth the upkeep at this point.

LOVE Arda wigs. This wig was already thick, but I wanted ridiculous cartoon hair.

I love Arda's luthien, great thickness.
-
(Wig used for Sailor Mars from Sailor Moon)
-
(Wig used for Shinka Nibutani from Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai!)
I'm really sad that this wig is already pretty dead, it's only been worn twice before this con. Arda's short wigs definitely hold up better than their longer ones, unfortunately.
-
(Wig used for Kazumi Amano from Gunbuster)
Loved how this turned out! AIM FOR THE TOP!!!
-
(Wig used for Queen Nehelenia from Sailor Moon Super S)

(Wig used for A.J. Lee from WWE / World Wrestling Entertainment)

Arda wigs have kind of rough fibers that make for easier styling, but can make long wigs prone to tangle.
-
(Wig used for Alessa Gillespie from Silent Hill)
-
(Wig used for Sonia Nevermind from Super Dangan Ronpa 2)
I purchased a Platinum Blonde braid clip to attach to the wig
-
(Wig used for Chi / Chii / Elda from Chobits)
The wig got easily tangled so it had to be brushed a lot.
-
(Wig used for Jade Harley from MS Paint Adventures / Homestuck)
Arda wigs are really nice, my only complaint is that because the fibers are super thick (which is good for coverage), the thickness causes the wigs to be more likely to tangle than other brands.
I would recommend Arda for those of you going for something not super long. -

(Wig used for Sonia Nevermind from Super Dangan Ronpa 2)
-
(Wig used for Wizard from Granado Espada)
It's a nice wig! :)
-
(Wig used for Kiryuuin Satsuki from Kill la Kill)
We both agreed on the Raven color mostly because TATTO used something similar for her Satsuki and we really lover her Satsuki
I mean I guess her hair is technically more grey but THE BLUE IS REALLY PRETTY. And for the most part it does photograph more black than blue without looking as harsh as a straight black would. -
(Wig used for Parasoul from Skullgirls)
Tried to straighten it a bit but it is determined to stay wavy. Oh well!
-
(Wig used for Sora from Escaflowne Movie: A Girl in Gaia)
-
(Wig used for Asuna from Sword Art Online)
Good wig, Yui wanted to tangle it though!
-
(Wig used for Paraiba Marine de Rais from Tales of Hearts)
It's a really, really pretty wig. I love the color enough to give the wig a pass on its maintenance issues.
-
(Wig used for Asuna from Sword Art Online)
Love the wig, color is a bit more brown but its such a pretty color.
-
(Wig used for Asuna from Sword Art Online)
I have never cried over straightening a wig before, but this one is so pretty that it felt like a crime!
-
(Wig used for Asuka Langley Sohryu from Neon Genesis Evangelion)
Used short bangs accessory in the Light copper brown.
-
(Wig used for Princess Aurora from Sleeping Beauty)
-
(Wig used for Princess Peach Toadstool from Super Mario Brothers Series)
I love how curly this wig is! It works nicely for Peach's style of hair.
-
(Wig used for Gakuko from Vocaloid 2)
very easy to work with as most arda wigs are.little products a lot of time and some thinning shears.

(Wig used for Feferi Peixes from MS Paint Adventures / Homestuck)

I need to make it a little shorter, but it did well! Thank you to Pulse (impure impulse here, I believe), for guiding my inexperienced hands!
-
(Wig used for Madoka Kaname from Madoka Magica)
-
(Wig used for Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier)
-
(Wig used for Starfire from DC Comics)
The luthein has a horrible habit of tangling, more so than the straight Arda wigs - but they still look beautiful and were easy to work with.
-
(Wig used for Mammon from Umineko no Naku Koro ni)
in earlier photos, the wig was one I borrowed from Mikoto since the original one I bought didn't arrive on time. hated that one when it finally arrived and realized Arda had the perfect color all along. I definitely wanted something with more red/orange tones than just being flat brown and this color was absolutely perfect for it.
-
(Wig used for Mayaya from Princess Jellyfish)
Super pretty wig. I love the color. It was way more hair than I needed.
-
(Wig used for Serah Farron from Final Fantasy XIII-2)
My first wig ever. It was beautiful, heat resistant and pretty. I just killed it with poor, fast cut job. Arda wigs also run big, which wasn\'t so great for my abnormally small head.
-
(Wig used for Kriemhild Gretchen from Madoka Magica)
-
(Wig used for Ariel from Little Mermaid)
-
(Wig used for Megurine Luka from Vocaloid 2)
I adore this wig so much. It's been with me for almost all my Luka cosplays and I wouldn't have it any other way.
-
(Wig used for Dunya Mustashim from Magi Labyrinth of Magic)
This was a good style for Dunya, I wish I had a bit more time to add wefts and volumize it more but that can be done again. It was a bit thin up top and with the colour as it was it was easy for the netting to show through so I was a bit disappointed there.
-
(Wig used for Fujiko Mine from Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine)
Beautiful and thick, was able to hold the retro bump I added to the back.
-
(Wig used for Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic)
I love my Pinkie wig! So much poof!!!
-
(Wig used for Kureha from Shining Tears X Wind)
-
(Wig used for Kenshin Himura from Rurouni Kenshin)
First of all, I've gotta say that the color is spot on for manga Kenshin. The blend is gorgeous.
That being said, I'm so sorry to say this, but this wig is kind of awful. The fiber tangles and kinks like NOTHING ELSE. It's a shame because it's a beautiful color and it's so thick, but the fiber just breaks my heart. I own a few arda wigs (even another Luthien in teal) and none of the others are like this :( A 2 rating might be a little harsh, but for a $40+ wig I was expecting better... -
(Wig used for Miki Hoshii from iDOLM@STER)
-
(Wig used for Princess Ovelia Atkascha from Final Fantasy Tactics:The War of the Lions)
-
(Wig used for Full Moon from Full Moon wo Sagashite)
The wig cap fits perfectly. I don't particularly care for how this wig's bangs are, however. a little nappy and it wasn't a great choice for parted bangs like this. Maybe it looks good with them brushed straight forward! The curls are nice, though, and the fiber
-
(Wig used for Fujiko Mine from Lupin III: The Woman Called Fujiko Mine)
This was one of my first big wig styling projects! To get Fujiko's voluminous hair, I sewed in an extra hair extension into Arda's Luthien wig. This extension was curled and teased into a 60's style bump, which was then arranged with bobby pins in the back and smoothed with hairspray. I didn't have to do much to the bangs except trim them and style them to the side with hairspray.
-
(Wig used for Sora Nakachi from Tanto Cuore)
It tangles so make sure to spray a good bit of Motions oil sheen into it a couple of days before you wear it.
-
(Wig used for Mint Chocolate Chip from Sakizou Artworks)
I butchered the bangs pretty hard on this one, yikes.
-
(Wig used for Black Cat from Spider-man)
This came almost exactly how I needed it. I need to do some minor shaping to the front of the face and finger comb out some of the curls for more body but, overall it needed very little work.
-
(Wig used for Lady Rainicorn from Adventure Time with Finn and Jake)
-
(Wig used for Nyaruko from Nyarko-san: Another Crawling Chaos)

Wonderful thick wig.
-
(Wig used for Catelyn Stark from Game of Thrones)
-
(Wig used for Katherine McBride from Catherine)
-
(Wig used for Healed Galaxia from Sailor Moon Sailor Stars)
I have a feeling it was my dyeing method that has made the dye slip off the wig at first but I am very pleased all around with the quality and ease of which i was able to restyle it.
-
(Wig used for Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender)
Wonderful wig! It's gotten frizzy quickly, but it still looks great. It was mistaken for my own hair on Halloween.
-
(Wig used for Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender)

Luthiens are my new favorite wigs for cosplay.

-
(Wig used for Marceline the Vampire Queen from Adventure Time with Finn and Jake)
-
(Wig used for Jade Harley from MS Paint Adventures / Homestuck)
-
(Wig used for Nami from One Piece)
It tangles easily, but is a great color and is very thick.
-
(Wig used for Amalthea from Last Unicorn)
I love the Luthien. If I could, I would only cosplay characters with long hair so I could own more Luthiens in different colors.
-
(Wig used for Miki Hoshii from iDOLM@STER)
My third Miki wig... I have a problem. ;w; This is my favorite that I've had so far though, the color is PERFECT for Miki and it was so easy to style! The Luthien comes pretty wavy/curly but I was able to straighten it with a light flat iron, just leaving the ends a little wavy. I used a razor to cut Miki's little wispies. :3
-
(Wig used for Eternal Sailor Pluto from Sailor Moon Sailor Stars)
-
(Wig used for Pinkie Pie from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic)
-
(Wig used for Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier)
I LOVE how thick this wig is, but thickness comes with a price: the texture isn't very soft, but luckily, it detangles relatively easy. :)
-
(Wig used for Kazumi Amano from Gunbuster)
I loved everything about this wig (the color, the length, the curl, the thickness!!) except the texture. It's not as soft as some of Arda's other wigs, but on the bright side, it DOES detangle relatively easy! :)
-
(Wig used for Asuka Langley Sohryu from Neon Genesis Evangelion)
I LOVE LUTHIENSSSSssssss
-
(Wig used for Takane Shijou from iDOLM@STER)
-
(Wig used for Rin Tohsaka from Fate/Stay Night)
The wig was pretty nice. My only issue with the wig is the textures are a little bit oily and thicker, not as silky smooth as other wigs, but it was comfortable and I liked how easy it was to style!
-
(Wig used for Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail)
-
(Wig used for Kuranosuke Koibuchi from Princess Jellyfish)
For as heavy as this wig is, it manages to hold itself without any clips. Yay!
-
(Wig used for Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender)
-
(Wig used for Garnet til Alexandros the 17th from Final Fantasy IX)
I'm a total Arda convert now. The wig looked natural, and didn't have that plastic shine that most wigs have. It straightened very well, and although it tangled I found it very easy to comb straight. When combing, it did not shed fibers.
-
(Wig used for SeeU from Vocaloid 3)
I love the quality and the color!!
-
(Wig used for Utena Tenjou from Revolutionary Girl Utena)
Long wigs are very hard to take care of. I'm able to brush this wig but slowly at the cost of losing the clumpy curl. I like the soft waves more, though.
-
(Wig used for Scanty from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt)
-
(Wig used for Yukari Yakumo from Touhou Project)
-
(Wig used for Yukari Yakumo from Touhou Project)
Really love the Luthien wig, especially when I can wear it for more than one character!
-
(Wig used for Yukari Yakumo from Touhou Project)
-
(Wig used for Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier)
I love my Candy Striper Sheryl blend, but I really missed the mix of just blond and pink, with no in-between colors. I'll probably go between the two wigs from now on. I really love how full this one is though.
-
(Wig used for Sheryl Nome from Macross Frontier)
I love the Candy Striper Sheryl blend, but I missed having one I had made myself.
-
(Wig used for Kuranosuke Koibuchi from Princess Jellyfish)
So comfy!
-
(Wig used for Miyu from Vampire Princess Miyu)
Looks like real hair and looks great out of bag. It is really thick and tough. Survived a couple washings and two and a half brutal styling times.
-
(Wig used for Utena Tenjou from Revolutionary Girl Utena)
-
(Wig used for Fluttershy from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic)
I love the natural look to the wig and how the fibers arnt all the same colors. It was such a perfect color for fluttershy.
-
(Wig used for Genkai from Yu Yu Hakusho)
-
(Wig used for Fluttershy from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic)
I struggled with having that much hair, though. It was my hair x 20 so I was futzing with it the entire time I was wearing that wig. Also, it was a little big for my head, but Arda's Baby Pink was perfect for Fluttershy, so I just rolled with it.
-
(Wig used for Rose from Legend of Dragoon, The)
-
(Wig used for Hikari Utada from Mawaru Penguindrum)
The luthien is a beautiful wig to work with. When I combed out the curls it makes for a luxurious look.
-
(Wig used for Schala Zeal from Chrono Trigger)
I love, love, love this color for Schala.
-
(Wig used for Arrietty from Secret World of Arrietty, The)
-
(Wig used for Applejack from My Little Pony Friendship is Magic)
-
(Wig used for Panty from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt)
-
(Wig used for Kimono from Original: Historical / Renaissance)
-
(Wig used for Panty from Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt)
Arda's wigs are incredibly easy to style. The heat-resistance makes all the difference. I love that the colors are mixed as well. It lends some realism to the wig.
Still have to worry about tangling with the longer wigs, but I've always been able to get out the tangles with some time and patience.
Honestly, whenever I have a new cosplay, I always go to Arda first to see if they have what I need. I'm always a little sad if they don't because I know how awesome their wigs, and they themselves, are, and I don't particularly care for any other brand I've found so far. -
(Wig used for Jade Harley from MS Paint Adventures / Homestuck)
-
(Wig used for Aradia Megido from MS Paint Adventures / Homestuck)
