You have no idea how long I spent in JoAnn's trying to get the right blue for this damn thing. -_- I went more with Claire Hummel's design, rather than the in-game model (tighter skirt, shorter boots). Modified a shirt pattern to make the blouse. Skirt made without a pattern. Pork Buns helped me out a lot with the choker!

Quite proud of this costume! Love Elizabeth and Bioshock Infinite as a whole.
