Construction Details:

I started by draping to pattern the kimono top (probably the hardest part of the costume). The rest was pretty self-explanatory; I had a commercial bodice pattern and made lots of quarter/circle skirts. All the flowers in the patterned fabric are glitter HTV that I cut using my Cricut machine. All the "armor" parts are craft foam covered in fabric. The shoes are sandals that I turned into flip flops using ribbon and gorilla glue. There is a cover on the heel that helps prevent them from coming off.

Personal Thoughts:

This is my favorite outfit from Platinum Stars! I knew I had to make it once I saw it.

Styling Notes

Cut in the ahoge and hair flippies then set them with hairspray
