Construction Details:

Leotard and gloves are lycra, double-layered for the armor look at the top. Sleeve and hip rolls are stuffed with polyfill.
Skirt, collar, glove rolls, and bows are casa satin! The bows are heckin' interfaced, so they stay stiff.
Tiara is craft foam, and I hand-cast all the gems out of resin and backed them with nail polish/heavy shiny paper so they have a watery look.
Wig is from Arda.
Everything about this costume is modular! I stitched snaps to all the pieces, so everything snaps on and off and the leotard can be used for other scouts!
