For whatever reason, maybe the length, this wig seems to tangle a lot more than the other cosplay.com wigs I have purchased. It is also tight around my head, though I do have a big head.

Very happy with the color and feel and how it lays! Plans to update the look but for now it's pretty close! A little tight on me too...but not unbearable, so if that get's too bad it's also something within my ability to fix.

looks strange on the top of my head but I think that's due to the fact that it sat in my mailbox for a couple days. color and texture are gorgeous - Cosworx is back bitches!

I didn't have a chance to cut the wig when I first wore it, but when I went back to my hotel room to fix up my costume, I trimmed off about 6 inches.

The quality is excellent, the color perfect, and it resists tangling. The only problem I had quality wise was how thin the wig was, but it's kind of minor.
My big complaint was the customer service. I e-mailed and called several times and never once got a response. This is not okay. I love this wig, but the customer service is non-existent. If it weren't for the color (which is hard to find) I would have gone elsewhere before buying from coscom, and I suggest others do the same.
