Bias tape was custom-made, skirt custom-printed, and sailor top pattern altered from one of those Halloween costumes in pattern books. Shoes and stockings were purchased! - Personal Thoughts:
- I DO NOT HAVE THE PATCHES FOR HER COSTUME YET. And I've not yet dyed her wig to a color that I like better. But overall I do like how this turned out!
