There is no stretch in the skirt so it could not fit larger in the hips. Could fit smaller but skirt may need to be taken in. I am 5'8" for reference. Costume is still in excellent condition and was only worn twice. Tank top was purchased and then studded. Skirt is made from cotton and the sweater from a pink knit. Shoes are a size 9.
