I currently work full time (40 hours a week) therefore I cannot do rush orders, for me a rush order is anything due in less than three months. Currently the earliest I can have a costume done is December of this year, and I operate on a one costume per month basis, to ensure you get a quality product. EMAIL, and I repeat EMAIL, the following information to me at eveillecosplay@gmail.com Character Name: Series: Budget: Due Date: Basic Measurements: (Bust, Waist, Hips, Height) Pieces Needed: (Whole Costume? Do you need a wig? Shoes? etc) MINIMUM of three reference images (make sure I can see as much detail as possible and please attach full size images to the email). ANY email without the above items will get no quote and a reply simply of "Insufficient information". I don't have the extra time to go hunting for this information so please make sure it is included in the initial email. What does a quote get you? When I send you back a quoted price this will include the cost of materials and labor costs for your costume, it WILL NOT include shipping. Keep in mind I work with quality materials with anything I make. I will note that I do look at your budget before I begin the process of itemizing the material costs for the quote for a costume. If your budget is unrealistic I will most likely send you an email stating so and will only go through with an actual quote if you still desire it, I'm just being honest but it helps me to reduce some of the hours spent quoting. I will do my best to stay within your budget but it isn't always possible. A breakdown of commission costs can be obtained upon request. Please give me minimum of a week to respond to your email for a costume quote please. This isn't my full time job. Things I can do: Most Sewn Costumes Armor Wigs Costume Accessories Things I do not do: Bodysuits Props Electronics Payment: I require a 25% deposit upfront to cover all material costs. The remaining 75% is due a minimum of two weeks before the commission due date. I do payment plans! So you can pay off your commission over time up to the final due date.
