I acquired the pattern from http://www.faerie-fingers.com/, and looked around a bit for someone who could size the misses' pattern for a male and do it in the desired vinyl. Finally the creator of http://www.miss-by-elaine.co.uk took the commission, and though it arrived late, the fit and construction were fantastic.
