How to make the whole costume...That's kind of a lot to ask...you may get more helpful responses if you ask more specific questions. ^^; Without going into anything too long or specific, try to find patterns that look similar to what you are making. Look around at different cosplay-related sites for tutorials. If you like how that girl made hers, you can ask (specific) questions (but DON'T just ask "how did you make it" she probably won't respond!). Good luck!

The easiest way to make a corset like hers is to...

1. find a corset patten that has neckline like the one in the picture and a center back opening, you are going to have the back open via hook-n-eye, zipper what ever you prefer, and have the front be a mock opening/decorative detail.
2. if you want it to be structural use boning (I highly recommend this)
3. construct the corset as instructed in the sewing guide but before sewing the one center front panel to the two side panels pin in little fabric loops in the seam. They will basically be sandwiched in between the two right sides of the center panel and on side panel. Do this to both sides.
4. finish sewing the corset by the sewing guide. Once it is complete just string your chosen ribbon through the loops and walah!

I know that is a lot to take in, but I hope it helps! I love helping my peeps out. If you ever have any more questions or need a custom piece, holler. I live to do this stuff! Let me know how it turns out.... :)
