hey im new to acp and trying to find a place in maryland around fredrick where i can get costumes and or the cheapest online store ro buy them. and what is pvc is it like a pipe or somthing. oh and what woul be the closest place from brunswick maryland for cos con or anime con so if you can help itd be appreciated. ohh and one last thing what are the best matirels for making swords or sycths and stuff
