a friend of mine would like to know how to make Zabuza's sword. Does anyone know what type of material would be best used that wont break easily?

an added note to that tutorial: you can find solid insulation foam at Home Depot - they sell it in huge pink sheets.

well, i don't really think it's that hard to make a sturdy one. i mean you go to the cons and you see everybody and their grandma with zabuza's sword...
