Need help finding bootssssss. Help me ;;

I want to cosplay as Etna from Disgaea : Hour of Darkness

But.. but. I DON'T want to make boots, nor do I know how ^^;;
And I'd honestly prefer not to use boot covers, especially not with this costume, since the boots need to look .. well.. PVC/leatherish.
I've looked for a while, but mayhaps someone can guide me in a better direction ^o^;; ??

Here is a pic of her with her boots o.o ( They are white, some of the pictures make them look greyish or black 'cos of the shading. )

The boots need to be a little below knee length, so i guess mid-calf or higher, but please below knee? ( if possible. ) Platform boots ( not too ridiculously high )..

Anyone please help ? ^^; ( i don't need them with the faces, i can add that easy )

anddd..

( they don't need to have the belts either, as i can make those too. )

Electrique Boutique would be a good place to start, at least looking for boots. I'm looking for your style partially because I feel like helping, and partially because I enjoy looking to see how high the heels go ^^ (eight inches is the record as far as I can see...)

But, before this, i have found lots of boots that would work PERFECT
..except they are black.

Is there any way I can make them white without them looking like total shit ? o.O

That depends on what the boot is made of, but if it's not a stretchy fabric, you can try Leather Paint.

Well.. I'd LIKE to try that, but also I wouldn't..
it seems just a little bit iffy and i'm not sure if i should take my chances

Because the boots I'd need to dye would be sayyy... 60-70$
if i screw those up, that would suck REALLY bad.

This is way too complicating for something i thought would be one of the easiest things to find >_>

Okay, so while I took a break from looking for boots
I managed to find stockings, oprah gloves ( i honestly am not sure i would want to make either of those by hand, since they have to fit so tight and perfectly... @@; so i'm glad )
found red contacts
found all the PVC fabric i'll need to sew the actual outfit..

Still need to make skull earrings, find a large metal ring, two large plasticish red bracelets

now i need to find out how i'm going to do the wings, and i -needdddd- those boots. ;~;

Amusing, I managed to find a pair of boots with 20 inch heels. Anyone care to top that?

I found a pair that were all-white, you'd just need to color the straps black or make replacements. I can't remember which site I found them on, though. 0.o; It was either funkefeet.com or snaz75.com.

One day I want to wear really high heels somewhere around my friends to see their reactions- I'm already 5'9", taller than any of them. If I manage not to kill myself or break anything, it would be really amusing.

I hope these help you with your boots. Many of these you can modify while others look like they have the belts built in them.

I saw one girl with this costume in ACP but I don't know if is good or bad, she is Nessa, mail and ask she how do or where found its.
