hey. Me and my boyfriend are cosplaying as Sora and Kairi from Kingdom Hearts, and I need help with a skit!!!

Well, if all you want is to get people interested then revealing costumes always do the trick, but somehow I doubt that's what you meant.

What would the two of you be willing to do, or not be willing to do?

i.e., if your b/f doesn't want to do the cute type of skit, that would rule out that one, and so on.

You guys could always parody the game...? I'm not sure though...I imagine that only people who have played it would be interested or entertained.

lol. Ill fin out form him whether he wants it cute, parody, etc. it shouldnt matter too much if not many ppl know the game, because its a really tiny convention, I dont even think it has a website.

Maybe you can re-play the game and as you go, make jokes about the various stages? I know there were a few areas in that game that just made me shake my head in confusion...

...Like really, how can Sora and Riku be fighting in some giant whale and not be totally pressed the wrong way about how they are in the bowels of some giant animal?

Maybe you, as Kairi, can walk up on stage searching for Sora. Call out his name and look around as though you sense the heartless are near. (Sorry if I got some names wrong, I didn't play the game. =P) Then have Sora walk up slowly behind you wearing a dark robe with a hood. Then maybe as he nears, you turn around seeing a scary figure but within a few seconds, you notice that it's Sora and run up and hug him. Sora could then mention something about a new enemy nearing your area. Maybe act out a fight scene together facing this new opponent and turn it into a comedy? XD

You need a third guy with an announcer-y voice for this, and a fourth person to be a priest.

Yeah it's somewhat dirty, but hey, it's sorta funny.

SORA: [swinging keyblade, imitates in-game combo] HUH! HYAH! HAH! YEAH! THIS IS IT!
ANNOUNCER: New keychain for your keyblade - 320 Gil
KAIRI: [walks on and holds Sora's hand]
ANNOUNCER: Poupu fruit - 15 Gil
PRIEST: [Walks on] I now pronounce you man and wife. [Walks off]
ANNOUNCER: Wedding ceremony - 1000 Gil
KAIRI: You ARE a virgin, right?
SORA: Well about that... It was a confunsing time in my life... And umm... Yuffie DID look just like you...
KAIRI: WHAT?! [takes out large mallet, chases Sora]
ANNOUNCER: Large wooden mallet - 27 Gil
KAIRI: [Kicking Sora's ass]
ANNOUNCER: The look on her face when she finds out you screwed her lookalike - Priceless.
SORA: [On ground, being rhythmically beaten my the mallet] ...Ow! ...Ow! ...Ow! ...Ow! [continues while annoucer is talking]
ANNOUNCER: The best things in life are free, but for everything else, there's Moogle-Card, accepted wherever things are sold.

The last one with the announcer? Yeah. Nearly spit my ginger ale all over the screen.

There are a few things you can do with the parody, such as the last one (complete gold). If you did have a Riku, and you were so inclined to question who Sora missed more... Could be funny.

Maybe it's just me, but that seems kinda biased: as if Kairi were slighlty air-headed. o_o But don't listen to that; I'm just saying that if you're going to make a skit about Sora and Kairi, Riku could be a side character you meet along the way or something. I dunno. Sadly, I don't have any good ideas but good luck! :]
