Construction Details:

The flower on the obi is made from craft foam, and the long beads hanging from it are actually made with straws from those insulated cups you get for coffee. I sealed them, painted them, and sealed them again. It took about 3 coats to get it right.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my first fully made costume! I handsewed and hand painted all the details, putting it all together with patience and love for this character. rnrnIt took a lot work and a lot of stress, but after getting hit with the cosplay bug, I can't wait to get working on my next costume! It was an incredibly rewarding experience and it feels great to finally be proud of myself for something.

Wig Review

Just make sure to have scissors and something to keep the hair in place. The quality of the wig is great, it's just the styling that needs a lot work.
