I ended up going with a non-stretchy fabric for the top and wrap. To keep the top snug, elastic is sewn along the top of it. The jewelry pieces are made of painted leather and resin pieces that I shaped and made molds of. The shoes are cheap slippers I found at Walmart. I used fabric paint on them and...(Read More) made the extra little strip out of a knit fabric sewn into place. The wig I added wefts to in order to make it a bit fuller and longer. I go back and forth on wearing the wig/using my own hair.
