Construction Details:

The head was created out of a 14" clear plastic globe that I bought online. I cut a hole in the neck for my head, two holes in the side for hearing, and a larger hole in the front for breathing/visibility.

I installed a bike helmet to the inside to keep the globe securely on my head, and added...(Read More) some foam padding for comfort.

I covered the globe in slightly stretchy minky fleece to keep a seamless and smooth look, and added felt details for the face. I hand sewed the little hair tuft and "ear" tufts, and made a black and red fleece hat.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this costume for a skit, but I loved how it turned out so I just had to wear it around a bit for some fun.
