Construction Details:

I bought the vest off of Ko-chan, who had removed the sleeves originally of off a shirt. White shirt, skirt, socks, and shoes from previous costumes. Ribbon from my ribbon collection.

Personal Thoughts:

Ko-chan was selling the vest for a dollar at swap meet, so I snagged it! So I figured I could do Mugi's summer uniform. :)

Styling Notes

Definitely too yellow, but I don't have a wig dedicated for Mugi. Yet.
