the entire sword was made with .75" layerd plywood, everything cut with my jigsaw. i used 2 layers for the blade + guard and handle. 1 layer each side for blade accent, and 3 layers each side to complete the guard. all detail was added with belt sander, dremmel, sanding blocks, and various files. other...(Read More)
