This costume was a pleasure to make. SH2 is one of my all time favourite games and I've always found Maria to be a very compelling and creepy character. This costume took a lot of time and research to put together. I had to scour eBay for skirt fabric, pet ID tags, a nice wig and a sweater to alter....(Read More) Thankfully, I got advice from Alessa in my search for skirt fabric and my friend Ryuuraigeki kindly offered to ship me fabric since the seller only offered shipping within the US.

Personal Thoughts:

It was nice to step away from my usual costume choices and try Cosplaying a character like Maria. I'm glad that I'm getting a little more comfortable with myself now that I'm getting older. I'm looking forward to wearing this costume again to get better photos of it. My current photos were taken on my crappy camera at AN 2009. Maybe one day I'll get to be part of a SH2 Cosplay group. Now that would be awesome! :3
