Cosplayers must have outfits from Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers. Priorities are: Adlet, Nashetania, Flamie, then everyone else. Time commitment is roughly 4 hours each day of the con. In exchange, you'll receive a badge to the con, with possible hotel (not confirmed yet).
