Volunteer Info:
We would need at least three sets of Panty and Stocking cosplayers. Any Panty or Stocking cosplayer can apply, but we are giving priority to those who meet the following: 1. Applicants should be in pairs 2. Panty and Stocking costume completed. Any official form/outfit is ok, but the pair must be consistent (example, no Angel Panty + Normal Stocking) 3. Height accuracy is required. (In other words, you and your partner should be roughly the same height)
