This costume was actually alot harder than I thought it would be! My friend help me out with his too. If she hadn't of, I don't know what I'd do! She did the bulk of the top. I just added buttons, snaps, neck ribbon, etc. The skirt, took two tires before I got what I wanted. I'm really proud of what I did to make it what it is now!
