Personal Thoughts:

This costume had been on the backburner since February due to me wanting to work on other costumes/commissions. I had been invited as a guest for Nerd-Vana 2023 and wanted to make a new costume, so I decided to finish remaking Sailor Moon! I really loved the costumes from the short-lived Shining Moon Tokyo Sailor Moon-themed Cafe and how sparkly the sailor collars and skirts were for each sailor guardian. I love how sparkly this costume came out, especially the volume + flow of the skirt. It's now one of my top 10 costumes!
