Construction Details:

I used mostly satin and organza for the top, a stretch knit for the skirt, and linen for the hat and cloak. The cloak was originally fastened with a magnetic clasp, but it was too heavy and kept falling off, so I added a hidden hook and eye.

Personal Thoughts:

This cosplay was very complex with lots of small details, but since I had tons of time during the height of the pandemic, I took the time to pay attention to every detail. The shirt was super frustrating though because my initial pattern did not fit my body type at all and so I ended up throwing out two half-made attempts before finally switching to this pattern, which doesn't resemble the source art as much. I also had trouble with the hat, since I'm not as experienced with constructing headwear.
