Construction Details:

The dagger is made by my friend, Hanna Chen. The sword is made K. Nguyen.

Personal Thoughts:

For AX'01, my friends and I planned to cosplay and Final Fantasy 9 was just released. I figured I could make a pretty decent Zidane as my hair cut and color were just right at the time. ^^ The costume wasn't difficult to assemble- it just took some time finding the parts. The shirt was from Nordstrom Rack (it was hard to find a thick, tight-fitting shirt with straps close to the neckline), the jeans were an old pair my mom had in storage. The belt I bought from an online shop as I had some trouble sewing the vinyl. The lace at my neck is just a cotton doile I bought at Walmart. XD; The only parts I made from scratch was the vest and boot covers. I inserted quilt batting on the inside of the reversable vest to give it a little body. I used an old belt buckle and scrap pieces of vinyl to make the holster~
