Construction Details:

I modified a Butterick B6222 pattern to have long sleeves and a different neckline. I also added a lot of different appliques on the skirt to get the right design. I also embroidered the words "Keep Moving Forward" in gold thread on the inside of the costume, just as a fun little bonus for the cosplayer!

Personal Thoughts:

This was a fun cosplay! The skirt was a pain to make, but really satisfying to watch it come together as I progressed. This cosplay was also a bit challenging because it was made for someone with a very different body shape than me and who lives in another state, so the sizing was trickier than in other commissions. I had to make size adjustments to the finished dress twice.
