Construction Details:

Bought a basic black bodysuit, armor pieces were made out of eva foam that was shaped, painted and attached to the bodysuit. The symbol on her chest was made out of clay foam/ painred and sown on and the red details around the neck were painted on to the suit. The red armor pieces were sown from a lycra type material and attached to the various pieces.

nHer demon slayer face mask was made of craft foam, I didn't have any real pattern, I started with one piece of craft foam cut for a basic nose cover, rest was folded, cut and glued until i got a basic shape I was happy with. Then I used hot glue and foam accents to add the details.

nHer Hiraikotsu was made from purple insulation foam, shaped thru sanding, covered in wood plaster and then spray painted. It was a challenge working with this foam and plan of attack had to be adapted, I didn't realize the normal glue, and spray paint will easy eat thru this type of foam.

Personal Thoughts:

Sango was originally being made for an AX group that didn't happen and the unworn version was extremely rushed/incomplete for the longest time. Anyway I took the time to remake/improve her for Bak-Anime 2019 and absolutely loved how she came out. I would say she is one of my current faves.

Styling Notes

Wig was already styled in a ponytail with a black clip in extension upon purchase, no styling needed.
