Construction Details:

I got the wig off of Amazon along with the purple velvet. I got the teal fabric for the leggings from Jo-Ann's and the buttons were custom made with 10' inch buttons using the same fabric for the leggings.

The hat still needs to be made.

Personal Thoughts:

This was quite a challenge to get complete, took almost a year. This outfit of Romana is my personal favorite and one Mary Tamm (the actress of Romana herself) had designed, so I JUST HAD to do it.

I had some help from some friends, but we got it done. It's warm, but rather comfy at times.
