Construction Details:

The skirt and jacket are constructed from a medium-weight green cotton twill. The jacket is fully lined, and the skirt zips on the side. The bow is red satin, and pins on to the (purchased) shirt. Socks and shoes from my cosplay stash.

Personal Thoughts:

I've been wanting to cosplay Fuu for a while, and decided to start with her school uniform (which I made in four days!).

Styling Notes

Curled the wig in multiple layers to create the poofy look with the inward curl, and styled the iconic '90s bangs with teasing and a steamer.
