Construction Details:

I just bought the light blue dress, since this was a bit of a rush job. The apron was made from cotton and the stripes were made by sewing down alternating ribbons.

Personal Thoughts:

Just a little thing to do with my friends and celebrate my 2 decades in cosplay, a reunion of sorts, and our dear friend's David's retirement from Anime conventions.
