Construction Details:

The corset, skirt, and neck bow were gifted to me by Cat Chan cosplay when she cleaned out her closet. I made the shirt, the sleeves, the boot covers, and the hat. The soul gems and gloves were purchased from eBay.

Personal Thoughts:

It's great to finally cosplay her default magical girl outfit.

Styling Notes

I used two packs of short wefts to build the spiral curls using the tape and wire sandwich method. The spiral wire sits under the Lulu which had some minor teasing done to volumize the bangs.
