- Personal Thoughts:
- This was a costume 20 years in the making. I love Revolutionary Girl Utena and it's been one of my favorite anime since I first watched it back in middle school. One of my best friends https://www.acparadise.com/acp/display.php?a=46571 (Xenedra) had been talking about making Utena and Anthy for YEARS, and this 2019 being my 20th year cosplaying we figure it was a perfect time.
