Construction Details:

My godmother and I following the blue prints June Hudson (the person who created this version of Romana's outfit) left behind, the dress was made from white hurl jersey and pleated at the sides.

nI bought the silver gladiator boots on Wish.

nThe cape we made out of a white bathrobe we covered with different materials, one was white feathers. I plan to update it eventually with better fabrics.

nThe Key to Time Tracer I got online from someone who makes replicas. :)

Personal Thoughts:

Romana is my favorite Doctor Who companion and it was in fact Romana 1 (Mary Tamm) who I liked first so I just had to make a costume for her...and I won't stop till I have her whole wardrobe. I'm a major Romana fan.
