Personal Thoughts:

Mewtwo has been my favorite Pokemon ever since I was a kid as well as one of my all-time favorite characters whom I look up to for wisdom. The first movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back, and its sequel, Mewtwo Returns, were always my favorite Pokemon movies and I really enjoy the lore surrounding this tragic, complex character. I also played Super Smash Bros. Meele with my family a lot growing up and Mewtwo or Zelda were always my go-to characters. I remember squealing when the Pokemon Center *finally* made a Mewtwo Poke Doll and pre-ordered one as soon as it went up! I love this moody purple kitty a lot, ok? This was one of the first elegant costumes I ever worked on, so it holds a special place in my heart.
