Construction Details:

I created the shirt and thights out of t-shirts I got from the recycling room in my apartment building. I washed them and cut them up. I then dyed them using two different colors from Tulip fabric dye. Ive never dyed anything in my life so it was a weird experience.
nI used left over scraps to create the pull ties and red marks on the pocket.

nI glued ribbons on the tights.

nI used stretch taffeta for the double pleated skirt.

nFor my hair piece I used foam on wire. Then I twisted it to look like a Twizzler.

Personal Thoughts:

Man.. I dont want to spend any money... honestly.. I didn't because I had a lot of supplies!
