Construction Details:

Yen's DLC outfit seemed more appropriate for the Atlanta summer heat by a small margin, so I looked at every aspect of it closely since the game has such a focus on finite details. All the belts were made by me from 8oz leather, cincher is faux leather with hand stitched embroidery thread, though I intend to remake out of leather in the future. The feather trim was purchased and enhanced with manually applying teal coque feathers to give it more depth and reflect the subtle colors of the artwork. Gloves are a combination of leather and pleather, with the glyphs a fabric paint stamp as the glove was too soft for indented leather stamping. The arm wraps are premade pleather bias trim with hand painted characters in fabric marker that I pulled from high res game images.
nThe boots were a great find of leather Vince Camuto on sale, with a top flap holding EVA foam knee covers. Choker was purchased from Etsy.

Personal Thoughts:

After being recommended repeatedly to play the Witcher games, I found both the game's main love interests holding very appealing characteristics and personalities, even more so after reading the original novels. Yennefer has a very dark color palette that I thought would be fun to show with a variety of textures and textiles .
