Construction Details:

Bought the gloves, goggles, blue shirt, shorts, and combat boots from Amazon. Knee high socks are from SockDreams. The dog tag I already had from a K-Con.

The blade of the spear was modeled and 3D printed by a friend and then super glued and spray painted. The base of the spear is made of three hollow rectangular PVC bars and 1x2 inch rectangle black plastic plugs (from Amazon) all held together by black gorilla tape and gauze.

Personal Thoughts:

Cid was a ton of fun to wear and super comfortable. I was able to reuse a lot of items from other cosplays I had brought with me. This was also my first handmade prop. Would love to wear again. I was greatly inspired by some other female Cid cosplayers, so I'd never take credit for the construction of this costume.

Styling Notes

Just trimmed the bangs a bit. Most of the time is spent de-tangling.
