UPDATE: Bought her cap on eBay and I like it MUCH better than the one I made!

I made the cap from a free pattern found online, but I think I'll buy a better-looking cap on eBay. I thrifted and altered the zip-up hoodie and the shorts. Wig used was a generic, long, blond wig from eBay. Trimmed the bangs and it was ready to go. Not the best color for Umaru, but it works.
