Construction Details:

The lower-half of this costume is taken from my Halloween Town Sora, so that was one less thing I had to worry about! Drafted the hat and glove patterns myself, modified the tunic from a pj pattern. As I was gathering reference, I noticed that they went back and added the stitching details to his costume with the HD re-release which I was annoyed with at first, but then loved it! My HT Sora had so much texture to it so I was happy to be able to do the same for this costume with these new deets.

nI tried to find the same knit that I had gotten for HT Sora so that it could match 100% but they don't seem to sell that fabric anymore. So the next best match was black denim, which I had used previously for the shoes. It ended up being a really great choice because it helped bind my chest more, as well as keeping its shape and holding up the fur trims.

Personal Thoughts:

I had a lot of fun with this costume and was quite pleased with my craftsmanship on it! This was my first time working with fur this much, too. The only downside is that this costume is too toasty for most Florida conventions so I sadly won't be wearing it much :(
