Most of my fabric was bought from joanns and some extra fabric I had left over.
nFirst after taking my measurements I cut out all the trim I would need for the sailor uni's collar and the neck tie.
nnext I took a white shirt as the base and began sewing in the sailor cape and use glue to add the border trim then followed it with making a school pleated skirt. - Personal Thoughts:

- The wig was already feather soft so styling it was pretty easy.
