Personal Thoughts:

This dress was made using Norah Waugh's "The Cut of Women's Clothes." The skirt and bodice are blue and black taffeta, black tulle, black velvet, sequins, rhinestones, and a hot pink cotton lining. The petticoats under the skirt are white and blue cotton with extensive ruffling. The corset is purple satin and taffeta and features padding at the hips and bust to exaggerate the slimness of the waist.

Necklace and gloves are vintage.
