Construction Details:

I purchased the base costume off of Taobao and made quite a few alterations! I attached tights to a pair of white thigh highs, handsewed the trim to the socks, cut and altered the boots, remade the fish tail bow, shortened the gloves, made the hair pieces, took in the skirt, beaded the bracelet and thigh band, and rhinestoned the costume! While I did not completely made the costume start to finish, it definitely did have quite a few alterations to make it look idol-level and be wearable!
