Construction Details:

I used a sailor school outfit pattern as a base, mostly for the collar and the top. I ended up extending it into a dress with box pleats (the underside is blue). I wear a petticoat underneath for a little added shape to the bottom.

Personal Thoughts:

I love sailor outfits. Before Eleanor's design was even revealed, I decided I was going to make one for her based on Shirley's...and then that ended up being canon!

Styling Notes

This was the only long wig in the color in stock at the time, so I straightened it and then pulled it into a half-up half-down ponytail in the back.
