Construction Details:

Dress:
The red part of the dress is made from velvet, lined with brown (suiting?) fabric. The bias tape is made from Yaya Han's 4-way stretch gold fabric.
The white part of the dress was purchased from the Casa Collection line at Joann's. The bodice has a bit of boning added to it for support and structure, and has a lining with a white lace trim at the bottom and the top.
The closure in the back is an invisible zipper, and a navy ribbon was used to make the bows and the criss-cross design. Pleather fabric was used to create the belt straps on the dress.

Armor:
All pieces of armor were made from craft foam, varying in multiple thicknesses and then covered in either Worbla or Thibra. D-rings and more of the pleather fabric were added for attachments.

Boots:
The boots are boot covers made from the same pleather fabric that was used for the dress, stitched with black ribbon to mimic the lace. These covers were glued onto a pair of flats, and a zipper was sewn on the back sides for closure.

Personal Thoughts:

Vira is my ninth cosplay overall and my eighth cosplay that I've made.

The sword (to be edited eventually) was commissioned by CFH Cosplay.
