Personal Thoughts:

This started out as a hand me down wedding dress that I recieved from my sister in law stating "maybe you can make a cosplay from this." Indeed I can and did! It was perfect for Celestia! The armor is made from craft foam and dance lycra which i designed and made myself. The only part of the dress I made was the rainbow train on the back to match my wig.
