Construction Details:

I drafted the skirt and unattached sleeves with 3/4 and 1/4 circles. I used simplicity pattern 2067 for the top. I had to do a bit of modding though so the middle front panel wasn't to thin at the bottom. I bought a pair of white tights, chopped off the tops to make them socks and added scalloped edge elastic to the tops. The box pleats took forever but that was probably the thing I spent the longest on since I made both for Lucy and Virgo in one go.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this and Virgo for a friend on a whim and it is one of my favorite versions of Lucy to wear.
