Construction Details:

Patterned the pants off my martial arts gi pants. The bandages were new each time as I would put on a strap then wrap myself, tape down the layers, then bloody it up.

Also created my second sword, this time making it out of a sturdier wood, sanding it down manually, and creating the cross guard with balsa wood.

Personal Thoughts:

Created this costume based off the manga; anime had not reached this point in the series yet, so there was no official color version yet, hence the color difference in the pants. Still one of my favorite costumes though. This was also my first foray into special effects makeup with the open wounds and fake bruises.
