Construction Details:

Hat, cape, and shorts were all made to match with purple and mint satin from my fabric stash. The hat is structured with buckram and wire in the brim, and partial buckram in the crown (so the tip can still flop over). Spent too many hours hand-sewing the trim and star sequins on. Cape and shorts were simple modifications to existing Lolita patterns that I had lying around. The rest was pulled out of my Faire garb or other costumes.
