Construction Details:

I made everything ground up, including the boots! The skirt and bolero were made from velveteen. The under layer of the skirt is white cotton. The corset is a duchess satin, fully lined and spiral steel boning for structure. I used a busk in the front and it laces in the back. The wig is Five Wits Wigs (Wolf Princess Songbird) which is made specifically to be Elizabeth. The boots are leather look spats worn over an ankle boot of the same colour and fabric. I added the blue lacing to make it appear as her boots.

Personal Thoughts:

My friend Alex (ReJecT001) asked me to participate in a Bioshock cosplay group he was putting together. Naturally I wanted to make Liz's blue dress. I had been looking for an excuse to make this one for awhile. I'm super happy with how this turned out.
